In September 2017, sales in the Cyprus property market grew by 8% year-on-year: 602 properties were sold.
First of all, sales increased in the regions of Pafos, where were sold 148 objects – 17% more than last year, and Famagusta – 57 objects were sold, annual growth of 78%. In Nicosia, 87 purchase and sale transactions (+ 7%) were completed, in Limassol – 203 deals (+ 4%). In Larnaka, the market is falling: in September 107 objects were sold, which is 12% less than a year ago.
In the first nine months of this year, sales increased by 19% compared to the same period last year: 5 523 objects were sold.
